Background: When the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) eviction moratorium expires on March 31, tens of millions of low-income renters will be at risk of losing their homes, and with them, their ability to keep themselves and their families safe and healthy. The Biden administration must issue an Executive Order to extend, enforce, and improve the moratorium through the duration of the pandemic.
